Shambala Samparka Sadhana

This is a verbatim translation of the discourse Master  R.K delivered in Ongole on 28-12-2004, 7 - 8PM.
Jai Gurudev !

The physical manifestation of the Gurus has started from the year 2005. I am telling you the guidelines given by them from their side.A fter telling about those guidelines and explaining the proceedure of the saadhana, I will be physically away from you. Except for the time while appearing in classes for special programmes, i will be in ‘mouna’.

All the Rishis want to stretch their hands and reach out to you. But it is humanity itself which is stopping them. But if you sadhakas extend your hands to help me,  I will do the efforts I can do. Providing a path for the physical manifestation of the Gurus is my objective. Even after being told in many ways, we are still living in darkness. You are still worried about your difficulties, your sorrows, and your circumstances only and no one is in that state of mind where he can say that he will provide the necessary help from his side for Guru pranalika - the manifesto of the Masters.

All these difficulties which you encounter now are for your good only. If you think over it and try to understand them later, you will be able to know the reason for their appearances. But all that which I had to tell as I understood them, will be told by  31st Dec 2004. Try to understand this with tenacity and spread to others. These Shambala Samparka kendras should exist at all places. I divide my programmes into two parts.

1. Tapas

This is for those who will keep aside all their sorrows and do the saadhanas as told by me with all tenacity. These are people who will do sadhana for 6 hours a day. Only to those who will do these sadhanas with discipline will my vak shakthi be useful. All the desires of the people doing this sadhana will be fulfilled automatically.

2. Easy sadhanas

People obtaining results accordingly. I am giving out the easiest saadhanas for people who want their sorrows and difficulties to be cleared. If, from the many saadhanas given below you can select those which you think are capable of doing and practice them without fail, all your desires will be fulfilled depending on the tenacity of your saadhana.

You will learn utilizing the annamaya kosa, kaamamaya kosa and the adhomaanasika kosa in chetanatva vigyan. Practice the saadhanas given in the list below keeping this goal in your mind ie., synchronizing your mind, speech and actions.

Rules for Tapas

  1. You will drink a minimum of 2.5 ltrs of water per day.

  2. You will not take drugs, alcohol, tea and coffee.

  3. Reciting the mantra,

    Chandanasya mahatpunyam pavitram paapa naashanam
Aapadaam harathe nityam laksmisthistathi sarvadaa ||

after waking up in the morning and before sleeping at night, and whenever you go out.

  4. Performing 112 pradhakshinas in the morning and 108 pradhakshinas in the evening with the specific mantras. ( The mantras should be to your Ishta Daiva and should be formed as

Om <Your Ishta Daiva> Sharanam mama

  1. Om  Sri Rama Sharanam mama,

  2. Om Sri Sainatha Sharanam mama,

  3. Om Sri Aurobindo Mirra Sharanam mama,

  4. Om Sri Rama Bhagavati Sharanam mama

  1. 12 Surya Namaskaras with mantras. One set of 12 postures constitutes 1 surya Namaskar.

The mantras, one each for each posture is given below.

  • Om hraam mitraya namah

  • Hreem ravaye namah

  • Hroom suryaya namah

  • Hraim bhanave namah

  • Hroum khagaya namah

  • Hraha pooshNe namah

  • Hraam hiranyagarbhaya namah

  • Hreem mareechaye  namah

  • Hroom adityaaya namah

  • Hraim savitre namah

  • Hroum arkaya namah

  • Hraha bhaskaraya namah

At the end of 12 surya namaskaras, you would have been in 12 X 12 = 144 postures and chanted each of the above mantra 12 times.

  1. One hour meditation on the   Sarva Siddhi prada and Sarvaananda maya chakra of Mahakala chakravarti yantra. Close your eyes and visualise this image to be 10 feet in front of you. Concentrate on the red bindu.

  2. One hour Manipuraka, Anahata and Sahasrara chakra Jagarana meditation using Gayatri Mantra. Visualise a rising sun in front of you. Visualise  your Manipuraka Lotus(10 petals), Anahata Lotus (12 petals) and Sahasrara Lotus (1000 petals). Visualise these lotuses just blooming as golden streams from the rising sun  touch them and wake them up. The tiny dew drops shine in the sunlight.  Visualise these lotuses in as greater a detail as you can.

  3. Two hours of meditation on breath subdivided as follows

  1. 40 minutes of Pranayamas. These include

  1. 15 minutes of Sahaja Pranayama. Sit in Padmasana, sukhasana or if you cant, sit in a chair.  Close your eyes and observe the breath as it goes in and out. Visualise what this breath is doing to you. This is entering through the nostrils, passes through you wind pipe and enters your lungs ( 3 lobes on your right, 2 lobes on your left) . The pure air is cleansing your blood and sending streams of energy into your body. Taking the impurities from the blood it comes out and is expelled out. Do NOT try to control your breathing. Just Observe.

  2. Five  Bhastrika Pranayama .

  3. Twenty Kapala Bhati.

  4. One Tribandha Pranayama -- Take in breath and fill your lungs fully. As you exhale, do  Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha and Jalandhara Bandha. As you do Jalandhara, you would have exhaled all the breath. Now take in breath and release the bandhas in reverse order.

  5. Ten Loma-Viloma Pranayama without any kumbhakas.

  6. Ten Udgeeta Pranayama.

If these pranayamasare completed in less than 40 minutes, do Udgeeta pranayama for the remaining time.

  1. 40 minutes of Laya Yoga - Constraining the Mind.

Start by observing your breath as in Sahaja Pranayama. The difference here is that as the breath goes in, focus your mind on the point between your eyebrows . As the breath comes out, focus your mind on the tip of your nose. Let the breath go in and out as it wishes. All you do is to focus between your eyebrows and the tip of the nose alternately as the breath goes in and out.

  1. 40 minutes of Samarpana Yoga. - The central point in the Tapas.

Let your breathing be normal. Concentrate on a point about six inches above your head. From this point, Divine Grace flows into your being. Surrender completely to the Divine. Just visualise that the Cosmic Energy is flowing into your brain and cleanses it of its impurities. This is similar to how air cleanses your blood in the lungs. Here, the Cosmic Energy takes away impurities and imparts prana to you.

  1. Two hours of Swadhyaya. Let this swadhyaya more than just reading. Read a paragraph and try to represent the gist in a word or maximum a sentence. write down this sentence in a notebook and then proceed to the next paragraph. It will take few books to get used to this procedure of swadhyaya, but once you have got a hang of the procedure, you can study books at a very fast pace and with maximum rentention. Try to do swadhyaya for 2 hours continuously than with breaks in between.

  2. Before going to sleep, go through the process of rewinding the day. Starting from the event just before you started rewinding, go back till you reach the time when you got up from sleep in the morning. This process is an excellent means for gradually unfolding the past birth experiences too.
